upcoming trip
This time next week we will on our second day of traveling to Ft. Pierce , Florida with our three kiddos. We are going to Ft. Pierce so that Ben could can gain additional experience with Missionary Flights International as part of his training at MMS. We will be in Ft. Pierce from May 20th till about June 17th. We will then return and Ben will go down to JAARS for a few days for a consult on his maintenance and flying skills . The consult will tell Ben what he needs to work on to pass the TE test that JAARS requires for maintenance and flying . After we get back from Florida will have a few weeks in the hangar before finishing his hours with MMS and taking his written, oral and practical exams that the FAA requires for his A&P. Now if that did not confuse you reading it then great you are up to speed in what we will be spending the next month and our summer working on. We are praying that the TE for Ben will go well and we can begin our partnership with JAARS.
Now what will the kids and I be doing while Ben is busy with all this? My answer is living through everyday life and enjoying the new experiences. While we are in Florida the kids and I have planned to collect seashells , build sandcastles, and enjoy God's creation at the ocean as well as try out a few new parks and tastes of food. The other day Lucy was provided the opportunity to try crayfish and she cried when I told her no to eating the eyes . I'm glad that neither of our kids are too picky of eaters and this I'm sure will benefit then on the mission field . We do not plan to go to North Carolina with Ben as we will all have had enough traveling in the van for awhile and he will only be gone a few days.

clear direction about school for Jonas next year as we are thinking about sending him to a half day of preschool at the Christian school but are uncertain for how long before we move and if this is beneficial
