Please Pray

We are gearing up for hurricane Matthew . We will be evacuated tomorrow morning at 6 a.m. with MFI. They are evacuating the families and planes to Tamp to a Christian camp there. We will be there till Saturday morning unless the hurricane spins back toward us because of Tropical Storm Nicole. What have we done to prepare... we have put up our shudders, stocked up on food and water. The blessings we have found it is two months ago we bought a new propane grill which will be useful. We are not in a flood zone and we are in the same electric grid as the jail and hospital in town so we hopefully will have our power on quickly. We are experiencing mission life first hand at our house as we have been able to reach out to our neighbors and friends with some of their needs. Our home has a revolving door lately as people have come and gone and we foresee this to be the case even more as we come home from evacuating. Ben will start relief flights to Haiti and the Bahamas early next week. Pray for strength for me and the kids as I will be a single parent for a time being as Ben will be busy non stop. Also pray the baby will not decide to come early as I am approaching my 31st week of pregnancy.  Pray also for wisdom in how to balance mission life , home life, and reaching out to others.
